Welcome to 's Magicka Necromancer ( Magcro / Mag Necro ) PvP build for the Blackwood patch - "Iron Victory"! This build was made and written by AkinosPvP- more information about the author at the bottom of the page. Other set doesnt matter too much, I think Ive seen Alcast run MS with EC on his support dps magcro. With EC you want to run Force Pulse/Crushing Shock (instead of skulls) so the Asylum staff on the front bar could increase the brittle up time. Tank: Nord is the best race for tanking because of their reduction to incoming damage and increase to stamina and health. Since the Khajiit critical passive was fixed they have become a top contender for maximum Stam DPS. Race Choices For Stamina Builds: Stamina DPS: The best choice at the moment is Redguard for PvE DPS. Meanwhile, the Ricochet Skull and Hungry Scythe serve as damage dealers. This build has a Destruction Staff main bar that buffs the MagCro with Harness Magicka. Magicka Necromancer Healer Build PvP for Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds. 
Which means that it gets buffed by the following blue champion point trees: Blessed, Elemental Expert, Elf Born, Quick Recovery, Spell Erosion. Degeneration deals the following types of damage: Magic Damage.
Degeneration is a skill located in the Mages Guild (which can be found in the Guild skill tree). I am currently working on the PTS to ensure we get the best setup with Blackwood, small changes but the setup you have from update 29 is still viable. This build has been updated for Flames of Ambition and Champion Point 2.0 on April 1st, 2021.
